Lovely hotel , went had a free upgrade to a junior suite , which was superb amazing sea veiws , pool was very nice although quite busy , breakfast was so good fresh squeezed orange and real honey very nice stay ,

Very expensive hotel when you dont get the extras.

Breakfast lots of choices but sometimes not very hot. Pool areas and lobby area good.

The room didnt look like luxury picture. Some of staff very unwelcoming. The bathroom and pools towels were very warn. No welcome accessories in bathroom. Hand items not topped up. Definitely could be loverly hotel but needs more twicks and more smiles.

Very nice but not as good as previous visits.

Generally very peaceful, comfortable with great selection of food.

One main bar and every night between 6pm to 8pm a pianist was dominating the place. Drove us crazy! There’s only so much piano playing you can take. Generally, the entertainment was poor and repetitive. Shortage of staff, no bellboy service. Value for money came into question. Average age is high.

Excellent as usual. 4th time we have stayed.

Dining room overlooked the harbour. The ferries would be coming and going, so always something to look at.

No complaints.

Overall it was okay and I would stay again.

Breakfast and food quality was good. More information would have been good at the start.

Information provided could and should have been better. The room was on the small side and the TV kept on losing signal. I did expect a little more.

Wonderful

Beautiful hotel, pool area is lovely

We were very disappointed the evening entertainment was indoors, don't understand why it was inside on lovely warm nights when most people were sat outside. Also checking in and out took far too long, people were getting fed up waiting.

It was a nice, relaxing, short stay

Lovely hotel, nice and clean! Reception staff friendly. Lovely balcony overlooking the beach and was handy being able to pay with the room card so we didn’t have to bring money with us. They also had water fountains around the hotel which was really great to save buying water. Breakfast was good.

A lot of the reviews complimented the food, which there there were a lot of food options which was good however the labelling of the food was really poor. A lot of the food didn’t have adequate signage so it made it very hard to tell what was what, which made food options limited for vegetarians and certain allergens/intolerance as they couldn’t risk it. Not somewhere for fussy eaters but overall dinner was okay. Wish they kept more base options each evening. There was a work event/party on the Friday evening which was fine but we weren’t notified upon booking or check in that it was taking place and we couldn’t use the outside area in the day/evening of set up.

Exceptional

Super breakfast buffet with everything that you could want. Exceptionally clean and well organised hotel. Staff were very friendly and very willing to help. 2 lovely swimming pools and a spa pool. Room was well appointed with a nice patio set to sit on and watch the sun go down. We decided to use the spa to treat ourselves to a massage and the staff there were lovely.

Very noisy bar next to the hotel which was annoying but we appreciate that is nothing to do with the hotel.

Very nice hotel to stay and we would like to be back

Nice room,bed and balcony. Good breakfast. Good location with supermarket,farmacy and healthcare next door. Wonderful wiew over the svimmingpool and beach.

The shower were not to reliable, constantly changing from cold to hot with low pressure. It would be nice to have a key on my arm instead of a card to take with you were ever you go, like the toilet from svimming pool.

Exceptional

Breakfast and dinner were exceptional, the staff was really friendly and helpful. The pools were heated and clean. The location was perfect, close to everything, still in a quiet part of the beach.

A bit too many chairs around the pools taken by towels without anybody sitting there.
